Summary: Called to determine the height of the footer for the section specified by section.

Parameters

Name	Type	Description
`tableView`	`UITableView`	Table view.
`section`	nint	Index of the section requiring a footer display.

Returns: NFloat -- The height of the footer (in points) as a float.

Remarks

This method allows section footers to have different heights. This method is not called if the table is Plain style.
